KubeNiche Inc. ("KubeNiche", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit kubeniche.com or submit an assessment request.

When you submit our assessment request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email address, phone number, company name, engineering team size, and a description of your infrastructure challenges. We do not collect any information passively beyond standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamp), which are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your assessment request, schedule and conduct your no-obligation platform assessment, and send you the written findings report. We do not use your information for marketing campaigns, third-party advertising, or automated profiling. We will not contact you beyond the scope of your request without your explicit consent.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as our email delivery provider), under strict confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of KubeNiche Inc., our clients, or the public.
4. Data Retention
Assessment request data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. If no engagement follows your assessment, your data is deleted within 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
5. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. The Cloudflare Turnstile widget on our contact and partner inquiry forms is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. and is subject to their privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. Turnstile does not use cookies or fingerprinting to verify users.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, server-side input validation, rate limiting, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to prompt notification in the event of a breach affecting your data.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
